First New York is happy to announce that First Online and our Mobile app are getting an upgrade! Starting on February 27th, you will notice visual enhancements as well as new functionalities to better your digital banking experience.

Let’s break down all the new elements on First Online!

  • Branding: The top header will no longer have a background color. This will give a more clear and consistent look throughout. All buttons on this screen will now appear in blue.
  • Favorites: You are now able to “favorite” certain accounts which will move that account to the top of the screen under Account Summary.
  • Utility action: You will have faster access to move your funds under each account.
  • Account masking: Account numbers will be defaulted to last 4 characters for all account categories.
  • Main action: Depending on the account type, you will have the ability to make a payment with this new button.
  • External accounts: An addition button can be seen at the end of the account listing to add any external accounts you may have.

Here’s all enhancements for our mobile app:

  • Header icons: All icons have been moved to the right of the screen and now include a settings icon for easier access.
  • Favorites: You are now able to “favorite” certain accounts which will move that account to the top of the screen under Account Summary.
  • Secondary action: Under each account, you will be able to view it’s latest transactions.
  • Primary action: Depending on the account type, you will have the ability to make a payment with this new button.
  • Call to action: An addition button can be seen at the end of the account listing to add any external accounts you may have.
